Our role

Foot Massager Machine Sourcing

We are an independent sourcing service for business buyers, not a foot massager producer, seller, clinic or medical adviser. We help convert purchasing needs into a consistent brief, coordinate supplier questions and compare responses on the same product and commercial basis. Buyers retain final authority over specifications, evidence, samples, claims and supplier selection.

That boundary matters in health and wellness procurement. A product-family image, public description or certificate for a related series cannot establish the construction, electrical details, packaging or documentation of a proposed model. We keep those items open until a responding supplier ties them to the exact quotation.

How responsibilities move through the brief

  1. Define

The buyer identifies the intended channel and setting: retail, ecommerce, distribution, hospitality or facility purchasing. The brief records the requested foot area and product family without making a diagnosis or promising a health outcome. Our task is to preserve this context while avoiding claims the buyer has not approved.

  2. Specify

The buyer lists mechanism, usable dimensions, power input, plug, controls, material or cleaning questions, included accessories and warning needs. We structure these as supplier questions. We do not fill missing values with specifications copied from another product page.

  3. Quantify

The buyer states pieces or sets by variant, the contents of each set, packaging preference and US destination. Suppliers then identify their quoted minimum, pack count, production assumption and delivery scope. These supplier responses remain proposal data until the buyer accepts them.

  4. Document

The buyer names the label, manual, exact-model evidence, sample and timing needed for review. A qualified laboratory, regulatory professional or other specialist may be required for decisions outside procurement coordination. The final approval record should identify the exact revision reviewed.

Identity boundaries and evidence ownership

  1. Record inputs

Buyer-provided information is labeled as the requested scope, including intended channel, configuration, quantity, destination, budget basis and prohibited or required claims. This is a purchasing instruction, not proof of a supplier's capabilities.

  2. Check references

Public family references can reveal useful comparison categories such as mechanism, controls, power and accessories. They remain third-party context and are never presented as our inventory, authorization, certification, customer history or test result.

  3. Request confirmation

Potential suppliers are asked to identify the offered model and respond to the same specification, packaging, document and commercial fields. Unanswered questions stay visible, and alternatives are recorded separately with their differences.

  4. Approve

The buyer determines whether the proposed product, sample, documents, labels, commercial terms and supplier are acceptable. Our comparison can support that decision, but it cannot replace technical, legal, regulatory, clinical or financial review.
